Additionally, if you subscribe to text messages from us, you can terminate a particular text message subscription by reply texting “STOP.” Please allow 10 days to process your electronic request and 6 to 8 weeks to process your postal mail request, during which period you may continue to receive communications from us.

The only way to completely stop email with us is to delete your user account and no longer use our Site or its services.
