How do we track and use information from you?

General tracking information. We may keep records of the pages visited by you. Do Not Track Signals. We treat the Personal Information of all users of our Site strictly in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of a browser’s “do not track” (“DNT”) setting. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

When do We Disclose Information?

We may disclose information to third parties in a limited number of circumstances, which we identify here.

Payments and shipping. When you use our Site to purchase products, we use third-party payment processors that specialize in secure online processing of credit card and debit card transactions, including Stripe and Wave. We transmit only required Personal Information that is necessary for these services. However, we do not control these third parties’ use of your information, and we urge you to familiarize yourself with these companies’ privacy policies, linked here: Stripe ( and Wave (

Likewise, if your purchases are being shipped to you, we share only required Personal Information with our delivery Service Providers (United Parcel Service, FedEx, U.S. Postal Service, or other delivery companies we select). This information is generally your name, physical mailing address, and a telephone number.

Business sale or transfer. We may share your information with our subsidiaries or affiliates. We also reserve the right to disclose and transfer all such information to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of the Site; or in connection with a merger, consolidation, restructuring, the sale of substantially all of our interests and/or assets or other corporate change, including during the course of any due diligence process. When you place orders on a Site, your order information, including your card number and delivery address, is transmitted through the Internet using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or successor technology. We will never ask for your credit card information, financial PIN, or bank account information outside our payment services. We will never ask for these by e-mail. If you are attempting to access the Site from a physical location within the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, storage, and disclosure that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of this Site, which is governed by United States law, Wisconsin law, our Terms of Use (which include this Privacy Policy), you are transferring your personal information to the United States, and you consent to (a) such transfer, (b) the application of the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin with respect to any dispute arising from or related to the Privacy Policy and/or your use of the Site, other than such rules, regulations, case law, and/or international treaties that would result in the application of the laws of a jurisdiction other than the United States or the State of Wisconsin, and (c) the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States and the State of Wisconsin. When do I give my Consent and how do I Opt-Out?

Referrals. Our Site may include services to allow you to refer others to our Site. We may ask for that person’s name and contact information, including an e-mail address. Opt-Out. At any time, you may submit a request for your information to be deleted, or to opt-out of receiving promotional mail, emails and/or text messages by selecting the appropriate options in your user account or by contacting us. You must include your current information and the requested changes you would like us to make to your marketing profile in your communication. You may also cancel or modify our email marketing communications you receive from us by following the instructions contained within our promotional emails.

Additionally, if you subscribe to text messages from us, you can terminate a particular text message subscription by reply texting “STOP.” Please allow 10 days to process your electronic request and 6 to 8 weeks to process your postal mail request, during which period you may continue to receive communications from us.

Please note that your choices regarding marketing communications apply only to marketing communications. We may still send you communications relating to your account or use of our Site, including messages regarding order processing, account management, and service announcements.

The only way to completely stop email with us is to delete your user account and no longer use our Site or its services.

How do we limit the use and disclosure of your information?

We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to any third party for marketing purposes. We only provide the minimum required information with specified Service Providers working on our behalf to provide our services to you. Please note that we will retain your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law. If you remove your user account, we will remove your account from our active database consistent with our retention policies. It may remain in our archives or backups until they are cycled. What happens when we make Changes to the Privacy Policy?

We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy consistent with our information practices at any time and at our sole discretion.
